"Everything I purchased from Johnny…"
Everything I purchased from Johnny Janosik needed some repair. Actually should have been replaced. In my 63 years never had an experience like this. To sit and watch them repair new furniture that the arm of the couch gave out as my friend 145 pounds was lifting herself from the couch and fell because the arm gave way. Other pieces needed touch up and they tried delivering another table several times that was designed one way and was miss cut by the manufacturer and they must have purchased it as a buyout. Needless to say do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!!!

"BUYER BEWARE"
Johnny Janosik Furniture has the worse customer service that I have encountered in my 68 years. Their management team is useless. They screen calls through the receptionist and will not return the ones they chose not to. It's reached the point where I will be using a lawyer and we will see if they will answer him. Been dealing with them since before Christmas 2021. I will never buy another thing from them and encourage you to do the same. Now, to Social Media! Lisa M. Gamuciello, Rehoboth Beach, DE

"They Did Not Even Dispute My Concern"
I once left an encouraging review of this establishment elsewhere. In this review I praised the patience and skills of the staff who assisted me with a difficult decision regarding an expensive recliner purchase. I stand by my assessment of the salesperson, BUT I have serious concerns regarding my purchase. First off, I was told I would have to pay in full in order to ensure delivery. Delivery was promised by Christmas. This did not happen due to COVID related delays in production. I was then promised delivery the following March. March came and went without any indication of a new delivery date. In April I went to the store to determine a new ETA. I was told they could not provide a new ETA. I then requested credit for my purchase. I was told That they were not responsible for production delays and would not issue credit for any reason. I appealed to my credit card company and 9 months later I was finally issued a refund. Johnny Janosik did not even dispute my claim. Eventually I got my money back, but their refusal to honor my concern allowed them to sit on those funds for the better part of a year! If they were not going to dispute my case it could have been easily resolved months earlier! This is no way to treat your customers. Of course I very much resent this treatment and will steer clear of ever doing business with them again.
