"Got it sorted in the end"
I had an issue with my order and, i felt a little embarrassed having to keep checking in about it. It was frustrating at first because the updates weren’t coming as quickly as I hoped. Customer service did eventually help and got everything fixed, which I do appreciate. Overall, it was an okay experience — not amazing, but not terrible either

I bought a mattress here and it was a hassle from start to finish. The delivery date got pushed back, and no one really explained what was going on or gave me much of an update. Then when it finally showed up, it didn’t feel the same as the one I tried in the store, which was frustrating. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I don’t think I’d buy from here agian.
"Warranty actually came through"
I had an issue and wasn’t expecting much, but the warranty covered it without a bunch of back and forth. Straightforward, which I appreciated.

"Setup was... okay, but not the easiest"
Putting it together took longer than I thought it would. The directions were a little confusing in a few spots, so I had to stop and figure things out as I went. It wasn’t terrible... just not super easy either.

"Decent Visit, but the Store Could’ve Felt Cleaner"
I went to the Johnny Janosik store to look around for a new couch, it was just okay. I still remember walking in feeling kind of excited, because shopping for a couch always makes me picture where everyone will sit during movie nights, but the store didn’t quite match that feeling. It wasn’t dirty in a really bad way, but some spots had dust on the tables and I noticed a few little pieces of trash near the walkways.
The staff was fine and I did see a few couches I liked, so it wasn’t a wasted trip. It just felt a little less comfortable than I hoped, mostly because the cleaner areas made the messier spots stand out more. Not a terrible experience, just an average one that probably won’t stick with me for the best reasons

I’m not sure what happened, but delivery used to be a lot better. This time it showed up late, and when I tried to get help, nobody really did anything. Frustrating experience overall.

The sales guy was helpful and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. I can’t really complain about that part. But toward the end, I just got the feeling he was trying to wrap things up quickly, which made me feel a bit rushed. Overall it was fine, but my gut says the experience could’ve been a little more relaxed.

The financing process was kind of a mess for me. The rates felt higher than I expected, and the approval took way longer than I thought it would. What made it more frustrating was that I didn’t really get many updates along the way, so I was just sitting there feeling left in the dark and wondering what was going on.

I ordered from Johnny Janosik and everything was okay overall, no big problems there. But the return policy kinda felt limited to me. It’s not awful or anything, I just wish it was a bit easier and gave people more time to decide.

"Damaged dresser and a frustrating runaround"
My dresser arrived with a cracked corner, and one of the drawers didn’t line up properly. The delivery guys took photos and told me the store would reach out, but nobody did. I ended up having to chase them down myself, which felt unfair after paying for a brand-new piece of furniture.
They did eventually offer to fix it, but it took a couple of calls and the scheduling was all over the place. I get that mistakes happen, but making the customer do all the follow-up just isn’t right. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely should’ve been handled faster and with more responsibility.

My order came exactly how I wanted it, so no complaints there. I just wish the instructions along the way were a little clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first.

I ordered from johnnyjanosik.com and the delivery was just way too late. I was told one thing, then it took much longer, and I kept having to check for updates over and over. It felt like nobody really knew where my order was or when it was actually coming. The whole thing was late, late, late, and it ended up messing up my plans. I’m really not happy with how long it took or how much I had to chase for answers.

The repair guy did get the issue fixed in the end, so no complaints there. But reading between the lines, it felt like their scheduling wasn’t super organized. I had to call twice to follow up, which was a little frustrating. Overall, not a terrible experience, just average.

"Easy to Browse and Picture at Home"
I really liked walking through the Johnny Janosik showroom. The setup made it easy for me to see different room ideas and compare pieces without feeling overwhelmed or turned around. There was plenty of space to move around, which I appreciated. It helped me picture what would actually work in my own house

I checked johnnyjanosik.com for a couple things I needed, and both of them were listed as available. Then I found out they weren’t actually in stock, which was frustrating since I had already planned around getting them. Seems like this kind of thing always happens when you’re trying to make a simple purchase. The site really needs to be clearer about what’s actually available.

We stopped into Johnny Janosik just to look around for a new sofa, and I wasn’t sure we’d find anything that day. After going back and forth a little, we ended up finding one we both really liked.
The sales guy was helpful without hovering, which I appreciated. I always second-guess myself with bigger purchases, so it was nice that he gave us space but was still around to answer questions when we needed him.
Checking out and setting up delivery was easier than I expected. The store is big, so I wondered if it might feel overwhelming, but it was actually easy to get around. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’d go back.

"My custom order was such a headache"
I don’t think I’d do a custom order again. The whole process was way more frustrating than I expected, and it just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.
